I was nervous for this session! New client, four kids - eek! Well, let me tell you a few things about this shoot. First: Four of the most adorable, well-behaved children I've met! Look at those faces! Second: Nicest parents ever. Third: Gorgeous November afternoon in Chicago. Who knew! I think it turned out ok :)

Oh my gosh, to have our beautiful Chicago skyline behind this gorgeous family...almost too much for me to take! And it was November, no less. I enjoyed this shoot so much with four of the kindest and sweetest people I know!
So Much Cuteness
If you can't tell from my gallery, I've taken photos of this family for a few years now. I love watching their cute munchkins grow up. They have so much fun together - especially when there are swings involved. Lots of swings!
Couple of Bros
A couple weeks ago I spent the morning with these two handsome devils. Well, "devil" is absolutely inaccurate, as these are, hands down, the sweetest boys I have ever met. I had a great time capturing the two of them playing together and hanging out - just being brothers. Don't judge, I may be working with their mom to arrange marriages to my girls. That's not weird, right?!
We Are Family
I had the opportunity to shoot a family reunion of sorts - a gathering to celebrate commencement from grad school. This family was so laid back and flexible - they just wanted to capture their get together along with a few posed family photos. Lots of aunts, uncles, brothers, sisters, cousins... and one sweet pup. :)
A Little #TBT
I was just cleaning up files and remembered (for the 10th time) that I didn't share this beautiful family's session from late last year. We caught a warm-ish November day in the park and the colors were perfect. I had to be quick to keep up with these boys, but wow, are they cute! Fast and furious - and a whole bunch of fun.
Remember When It Was Warm?
I somehow forgot to show off pictures from this end-of-summer session. Woops! But such a nice treat to see these now that it's 12 degrees outside here in Chicago! I did a session with this family last year too, and I am so honored to be a part of documenting their growing family! What a beautiful and funny foursome, not to mention the kindest people you'll ever meet. Can't wait for 2015 - and warm weather!
A Walk in the Woods
What a gorgeous fall morning I got to spend with this gorgeous family! The leaves were perfect, and these sweet kiddos had so much fun raking big piles and running and jumping into them! Cute kids + cute parents + picturesque autumn setting = pretty darn easy photo session! Love these pics and this happy crew!
